Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 10 November 2016 allotted 5,54,570 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,90,76,520 consisting of 158,45,38,260 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
