Housing Development Finance Corporation net profit rises 10.80% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 16.84% to Rs 6620.33 crore

Net profit of Housing Development Finance Corporation rose 10.80% to Rs 1723.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1555.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 16.84% to Rs 6620.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 5666.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.21% to Rs 5440.24 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 4848.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 14.35% to Rs 24143.01 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 21112.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
