HOV Services announces appointment of director

With effect from 24 October 2014

HOV Services announced that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated 23 October 2014, have approved the appointment of Lakshmi Kumar as an Additional Director effective 24 October 2014. The Board has considered her as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013. Lakshmi Kumar shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
