HT Media provides update on subsidairy

HT Information Services ceases to be subsidiary of HT Media

H T Media announced that H T Digital Media Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has transferred its entire shareholding of 50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each in HT Information Services. Accordingly, H T Information Services has ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company i.e., H T Media.
