ICICI Bank said its board will consider fund raising by way of issuance of debt securities at its meeting scheduled on 9 May 2020.

ICICI Bank said its board will consider fund raising by way of issuance of debt securities at its meeting scheduled on 9 May 2020 including non-convertible debentures/bonds/notes/offshore Certificate of Deposits in single/multiple tranches in any currency through public/private placement.

The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 4 May 2020. Shares of ICICI Bank lost 10.96% to close at Rs 338.25 on 4 May 2020.

ICICI Bank is engaged in providing a range of banking and financial services, including commercial banking, retail banking, project and corporate finance, working capital finance, insurance, venture capital and private equity, investment banking, broking and treasury products and services.
