ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 1200 cr

On private placement basis

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has allotted 12,000 unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, subordinated, taxable, fully paid-up, non-cumulative, nonconvertible debentures (Debentures) each bearing a face value of Rs 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs 1200 crore, in the nature of subordinated debt instruments, for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis.
