ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company announced that the company's strategy committee will on 29 October 2020 consider the approval of the terms of issuing subordinated debt instruments in the nature of rated, listed, redeemable, taxable, unsecured, fully paid-up, noncumulative, non-convertible debentures, on private placement basis.
