IDFC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

IDFC announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on 18 February 2015 and allotted 9,50,250 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
