On 24 April 2018

IDFC Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 April 2018, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2018, Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18, and consider passing an enabling resolution pertaining to fund raising through issue of non-convertible debt securities on private placement basis, if required, during FY19, as a part of its normal borrowing programme.
