IIFL Finance files draft shelf prospectus for public issue of NCDs up to Rs 5000 cr

IIFL Finance announced that the draft shelf prospectus dated 05 August 2022 has been filed by the lead managers with regards to the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1000 each aggregating up to Rs 5000 crore in one or more tranches.
