IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that IIPL USA LLC, a subsidiary set up by ITNL International, Singapore a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has been dissolved pursuant to a Certificate of Cancellation dated 14 January 2021 issued by the Secretary of State of Delaware, USA.
