India Grid Trust to invest Rs 232 crore in Patran Transmission Company

Techno Electric & Engineering Company announced that the company and Techno Power Grid Company ('TPGCL') have signed definitive agreements on 19 February 2018 for investment of Rs 232 crore by India Grid Trust in Patran Transmission Company from TEECL (and its nominees shareholders) and TPGCL .
