Indiabulls Housing Finance allots 4.93 lakh equity shares

Indiabulls Housing Finance has allotted 4,93,867 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 85,28,53,222 divided into 42,64,26,611 Equity Shares of face value Rs 2/- each.
