Indiabulls Housing Finance to raise Rs 625 crore

Through private placement of debentures

Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that the Company proposes to issue 6250 Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 625 Crores (Plus Greenshoe Option), on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on 07 September 2015, on the terms and conditions.
