Indiabulls Securities allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Indiabulls Securities announced that on 03 December 2014, Indiabulls Securities ("the Company") has issued and allotted 42,400 (Forty two thousand four hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under -'Indiabulls Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,36,872/- divided into 26,08,18,436 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
