Indiabulls Securities announces change in company secretary

Indiabulls Securities announced that Ram Mehar Garg has been appointed as Company Secretary and as Compliance Officer of the Company, in terms of clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement, in place of R. K. Agarwal.
