Indian Overseas Bank announced that CRISIL has assigned its rating of 'CRISIL A+/Stable' for the proposed issue of Rs. 300 crore Tier II Bonds (under Basel III) and reaffirmed the rating on the following Instruments of the Bank:Tier II Bonds (under Basel III Rs 800 crore) - CRISIL A+/Stable (Reaffirmed)
Lower Tier II Bonds (under Basel II Rs 1590 crore) - CRISIL A+/ Stable (Reaffirmed)
Perpetual Tier I Bonds (under Basel II Rs 300 crore) - CRISIL A-/Stable (Reaffirmed)
Upper Tier II Bonds (under Basel II Rs 2132 crore) - CRISIL A-/Stable (Reaffirmed)
Fixed Deposit programme (Rs 200000 crore) - CRISIL FAA/Stable (Reaffirmed)
Certificate of Deposits Programme - CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed)
