Indo-Asian Projects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 December 2014, to consider resignation of Kota Srinivas as Company Secretary of the Company, resignation of G Prabhakar Setti, as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and resignation of Sridevi Kopparapu, as Director of the Company.
