Board of DHP India apporves appointment of director

At meeting held on 08 December 2014

DHP India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 December 2014 have approved the appointment of Surajit Raha as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. The Board also reappointed Ashok Kumar Singh as CFO of the Company.
