IndusInd Bank update on acquisition of IL&FS Securities Services

IndusInd Bank announced that it is in the process of acquiring IL&FS Securities Services, subsidiary of IL&FS, following the receipt of the all regulatory approvals. The transaction closure is underway, subject to fulfilment of all condition precedent specified in the Share Purchase Agreement.
