Infosys allots 2.95 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Infosys has allotted 2,95,727 equity shares under the 2015 Stock Incentive Compensation Plan to the eligible employees of the Company on 14 February 2022, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units.

Consequently, on 14 February 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 21,029,667,800 divided into 4,205,933,560 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each.
