ING Vysya Bank updates on scheme of amalgamation with Kotak Mahindra Bank

ING Vysya Bank announced that Reserve Bank of India has approved the scheme of amalgamation of ING Vysya Bank with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The scheme of amalgamation shall come into effect from 01 April 2015.
