IT Department search concludes on 12 October 2015
Innoventive Industries announced that the Income Tax Department has pursuant to the provisions of section 132(1) and section 133A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 conducted a search at the Plants and corporate office of the Company at Pune and also at the residence of Executive Directors residing at Pune on 09 October 2015 which concluded in the evening on 12 October 2015. The Company including all its Directors and employees has provided the fullest co-operation to the Department to complete the enquiry.
