InterGlobe Aviation allots 1.39 lakh equity shares under ESOS

InterGlobe Aviation has allotted 1,39,476 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, to those grantees who had exercised their options under the InterGlobe Aviation Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 in accordance with the terms set out in the scheme.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 3,84,79,62,790 divided into 38,47,96,279 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
