With effect from 30 October 2015

IP Rings announced that S. Ramachandra, Director of the Company has resigned with effect from 30 October 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, J. Shivakumar has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company under the Independent Category with effect from 30 October 2015.
