Along with Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp., U.S.A

ISGEC Heavy Engineering announced that :

1. A Joint Venture Company along with Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp., U.S.A has been incorporated in the name of "Isgec Foster Wheeler Boilers" with a paid up capital of Rupees Two crore only.

2. The shareholding pattern of the Joint Venture Company is 51:49 between the Company and Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp. respectively.

3. The Joint Venture Company will render design engineering services for Fossil Fuel Boilers.
