ITC allots 6.26 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 6,26,170 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each, upon exercise of 62,617 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 20 January, 2020, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1229,17,51,941/- divided into 1229,17,51,941 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
