ITC allots 98,380 equity shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 98,380 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, upon exercise of9,838 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 17 January, 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1232,27,36,561/- divided into 1232,27,36,561 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.
