ITC allots equity shares

Under scheme of arrangement

ITC announced that in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement between Wimco (Wimco) and the Company for demerger of the Non-Engineering Business of Wimco into the Company, the Company on 29 August 2014 has issued and allotted 87,761 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each to the members of Wimco in the ratio of 2 (Two) Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each in the Company for every 77 (Seventy Seven) Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each held in Wimco.

Consequently, with effect from 29 August 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 796,74,38,581/- divided into 796,74,38,581 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
