ITC standalone net profit rises 12.13% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 14.03% to Rs 11125.54 crore

Net profit of ITC rose 12.13% to Rs 2669.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2380.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 14.03% to Rs 11125.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 9756.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 9.35% to Rs 10200.90 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 9328.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.58% to Rs 40088.68 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 36582.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
