Shanmuga Priya, has been appointed as Company Secretary in the 416th Board Meeting held on 09 January 2015, who has joined the duty as Company Secretary, ITI on 19 January 2015 and taken over the charge as Company Secretary on 29 January 2015 from C. S. Sachdeva, who holds charge as Company Secretary.Further, C. S. Sachdeva, Company Secretary is relieved from the duties of the Company Secretary with effect from 29 January 2015 (fore-noon). He has handed over the charge to new Company Secretary S. Shanmuga Priya.
