J J Exporters announces change in company secretary & compliance officer
With effect from 01 February 2016
J J Exporters announced that S L Agrawal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from closing hours of business on 30 January 2016.Further, A.B. Chaturvedi, Director of the Company, is appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 February 2016.
