Jagan Lamps announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 01 May 2015

Jagan Lamps announced that the Company have appointed Shri Sanjog as Company's Compliance Officer. Sanjog is a new appointment with effect from 01 May 2015 is a replacement in place of Alok Aggarwal who has ceased to be the Company's compliance officer from 30 April 2015 due to personal reason.
