JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals allots equity shares

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has announced that the company on 06 January 2014, has allotted 19,825 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each (10,500 shares at a premium of Rs 82 per share and 9,325 shares at a premium of Rs 93 per share) to the employees pursuant to the employees stock option scheme of the company.
