JBM Auto fixes record date for stock split

Record date is 09 October 2014

JBM Auto has fixed Record Date as 09 October 2014 for the purpose of sub-division of every 1 (one) equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- ( Ruppes Ten) each into 2 ( Two ) equity shares of Rs. 5/- ( rupees Five ) each and bonus shares in the ratio 1:1.
