Jet Airways (India) gets High Court approval for scheme of merger

Jet Airways (India) announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has on 20 October 2016, approved the Scheme of Merger of Jet Lite (India) with Jet Airways (India) and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme'), pursuant to the petition filed by the Company.

The Company will now, in accordance with the Scheme and applicable regulations, proceed to seek required approvals.
