Jeypore Sugar Companywill hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2014 to approval of the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 March, 2014., to recommend for payment of dividend if any for the year ended 31 March, 2014, to announce the closure of the Register of Members, & to announce the Venue and date for the holding of the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
