Jindal Saw announces completion of acquisition of PSL-North America LLC

Jindal Saw announced that the acquisition by Jindal Tubular USA LLC, a step down subsidiary, of substantially all of the assets of PSL-North America LLC has been completed in Delaware, USA on 29 August 2014.

This acquisition has been undertaken by virtue of an order passed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on 15 August 2014.
