Jindal Stainless standalone net profit declines 28.79% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 37.86% to Rs 3172.66 crore

Net profit of Jindal Stainless declined 28.79% to Rs 114.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 161.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 37.86% to Rs 3172.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2301.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 445.54% to Rs 318.27 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 58.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 29.76% to Rs 10784.55 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 8311.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
