JSL Industries announces appointment of company secretary cum compliance office

With effect from 24 July 2014

JSL Industries announced that Bharat Patel has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 24 July 2014 in place of Amul Parikh, existing Compliance Officer of the Company.
