JTL Infra announces resignation of company secretary
At meeting held on 05 December 2014
JTL Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 December 2014, has transacted the following:- Accept the resignation tendered by Nitin Kumar from the post of an Company Secretary cum GM (Finance) of the Company.
Further, Vijay Singla, Whole Time Director of the Company will be the Compliance Officer of the Company till the appointment of a next Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.
