Jubilant Industries announced that India Ratings & Research, a Fitch Group Company, vide its letter dated 16 November 2021, has upgraded the following ratings for the financial facilities of Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products, a Wholly-owned material non-listed subsidiary of Jubilant Industries:

Long term issuer rating - IND A/ Stable
Long term loans - IND A/ Stable
Fund based working capital limits - IND A/ Stable / IND A1
Non fund based working capital limits - IND A/ Stable/ IND A1
