Jyothy Laboratories allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Jyothy Laboratories announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2016 has issued and allotted 35,266 (Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Six) Equity Shares of face value of Re.1/- each of the Company under Jyothy Laboratories Employees Stock Options Scheme 2014 (ESOS 2014) to the eligible employees of the Company.
