1. A R Jamenis resigned from the Directorship with effect from 13 August 2015, as per the letter received from the Director, the form for the same has been file with MCA.

2. C H Naniwadekar resigned from the Directorship with effect from 12 August 2015, as per the letter received from the Director, the form for the same has been filed with MCA.
