Opto Circuits (India) announced that the appointment of V Sundar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 12 September 2015.Supriya Kulkarni has taken over as Company Secretary of the Company effective 12 September 2015 from V Sundar who has been elevated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
