Kansai Nerolac Paints net profit declines 63.41% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 10.06% to Rs 743.70 crore

Net profit of Kansai Nerolac Paints declined 63.41% to Rs 44.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 122.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.06% to Rs 743.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 675.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.30% to Rs 206.60 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 292.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.45% to Rs 3136.10 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2839.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
