Kaveri Seed fixes record date for dividend

Kaveri Seed Company announced that its board has declared for payment of an interim dividend of 120% (Rs 2.40 per share of Rs 2 each) on equity share capital of the company for the year 2013-14. The record date for the interim dividend is 05 March 2014.
