Record date is 13 August 2016
Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure announced that the Company has fixed Record Date as 13 August 2016 for the following purpose:1. For entitlements of Bonus Shares in proportion of 1:25 (One new Equity Share for every Twenty five existing fully paid Equity Shares).
2. Sub-Division of the Face Value of the Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each into two (2) Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each.
