KIFS Financial Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 February 2015 review and approval of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 December 2014, Convene Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members for obtaining consent under section 180 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and decide the date, time and place of the Extra-ordinary General.
