Long term rating - CRISIL B+/Stable (reaffirmed)
Short term rating - CRISIL A4 (reaffirmed)

Rs 10 crore NCDs - CRISIL B+/ Stable (assigned)
Rs 12.5 crore NCDs - CRISIL B+/ Stable (reaffirmed)
